【Application】

In vitro test for the quantitative determination of 5’-NT activity in serum on photometric systems.

The enzyme is widely distributed in human tissues, especially high in liver, which is used  of the hepatic  and cystic disease diagnoses . Elevated serum 5’-NT activity has been observed in patients with obstructive jaundice, liver cancer, diffuse liver disease.  High 5’-NT is use to judge the reason of ALP ‘s high activity. Liver reason or osteal reason.

【Principle】 

This Benzoquinone is detected as an absorbance change (546 nm), with the increase of the absorbency being proportional to the quantity of 5’-NT in the sample.
